                        - Three `standard.xxlarge` for the maximum 6 months, 24/7 (will not fit in the default quota)
                        - One `gpu.1.1gpu` flavour for 69 days (will not fit in the default quota)

- Active/running: billed for the reserved resources
                        - Shelved: shut off, resources freed and state saved; can later be un-shelved if resources are available
